 I wanted to introduce myself as I’ve recently joined the team at Let’s Heal Health and Wellness as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
 
I am a Board Certified Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. 
 
I have been practicing nutrition and fitness since 2008. I began with starting as a certified personal trainer after completing, and completing in two 1st Place finishes for the BC Provincials in the Sandra Wickham Ms. Figure/Fitness B.C competitions and placing 5th at the Canadian Nationals.
 
In 2014 and 2020, I furthered my practice and nutritional expertise by getting educated as a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Wellness Coach. I help and educate women and men by teaching and applying simple holistic strategies such as clean whole nutrition, physical and wellness lifestyle practices from a holistic approach to support the body, mind and spirit for a healthier happier longevity of life. 
 
My area of expertise is working alongside women and men who struggle with  uncertain dietary habits, stubborn weight loss, hormone imbalances that may stem from gut health issues, inflammation, stress, joint pain, poor sleep, hot flashes, cholesterol issues, blood sugar imbalances, sugar cravings, low energy, low thyroid, fatigue, mood swings, peri-menopause, menopause and andropause.
